I don’t remember the last time I worked on a composition. It’s like a whole new territory to explore and I kind of forgot how to proceed. There is a good chance there will be numerous versions of this drawing!

For the first test, I have used a liquid frisquet (a kind of drawing gum) to protect some parts of the composition and the first layer of ink has been applied. That is how far I got the other day. The plan for this weekend: complete this and/or have fun with the separate elements. Since I am more comfortable working on single shapes, there is a good chance I might warm up on these!
